Mentorship is extremely important to Trixy. Having the benefit of strong mentors over the years was instrumental in her success. This has driven her passion for paying it forward for the next generation, especially minority women such as herself, that are in underserved areas and situations and have less access to resources and opportunities. Trixy recognizes the importance of assisting to provide access to opportunities and resources to those that would not otherwise have them.

Trixy strives to help as many young leaders as she can to take their business ideas to the next level.
